Administration

There are three types of Administrators for the Dynamic Outsourcing System as follows:

  1. Individual User
  2. Company Base Administrator
  3. Company Location Administrator
  4. Individual User

    Individual Users are by default the administrator for their use of the system.

    Company Base Administrator

    There is one Company Base Administrator created when a company is registered. Others may be added as required by your company.

    Company Location Administrator

    Initially, there are no Company Location Administrators.

Company or Individual User?

Registering as a company is usually done for the following cases:

  • The company is a legal entity (e.g., Corporation, LLC, S-Corporation, etc.)
  • The company wants all accounting performed under a Employer Identification Number (EIN), also referred to as Tax ID Number
  • The company desires to register multiple locations
  • The company desires to register multiple users
  • To register as a company, click on Company in the left side navigation bar.

Registering as an individual is usually done in the following cases:

  • A person does not have a legal entity (e.g., Corporation, LLC, S-Corporation, etc.)
  • A person operates as a freelancer, independent contractor, or independent consultant
  • Registering as an individual is generally more common for Providers. To register as an individual, click on Individual User in the left side navigation bar.
