We are new on the Internet again although the Dynamic Outsourcing System first went live July 2003. At that time about 99% of the projects/work posted by Requesters were being won by Providers outside the United States. We were feeling guilty about taking work away from American workers. As a result, we disabled the website from then until March 2008 (almost 5 years). We wanted to give them some time to adjust to the new world of global opportunities. We have now re-enabled the website. I am proud to say we have had substantial registrations from excellent American and foreign Providers in the past month and they are available to take on your projects want to thank all people that sent us emails saying they respected our principles and values. We have a problem because we are not getting the Requesters registering and posting projects we need to put these fine people to work. I would greatly appreciate it if you would contact me personally and tell me what we need to do:

Two new features have been added to the Dynamic Outsourcing System as follows:
- Preview Request
From the DOS Home page under Getting Started, select Preview Request to display a
summary of all current request
- Update DESCRIPTION / INSTRUCTIONS
When LOGGED ON as a Provider and on the page to View Requester Request, select either the DESCRIPTION or INSTRUCTIONS. This will open a pop-up window and display the
description or instructions submitted by the requester. You may now request additional information or ask the requester a question about the queue entry.
When LOGGED ON as a Requester and on the page to Manage Queues, select either the DESCRIPTION or INSTRUCTIONS. This will open a pop-up window and display the description
or instructions you submitted for the provider. You may now answer the provider question or update the description or instructions.

Requesters may now post projects and work tasks FREE. There are no charges of any type, so register now and begin getting your projects done at less cost.
