Privacy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Business User Software and the Dynamic Outsourcing System. The following statement describes when and where information is requested from you and how the information is used and treated.

Personal Information

Information considered personal is the information about individual users, your company, and company users. This information is required as follows:

  1. Registering as an individual user from the New User page (DOS Home > Administration > Individual User > New User) page of the system.
  2. Registering a company from the Register Company page (DOS Home > Administration > Company > Company Base > Register Company) of the system.
  3. Registering a company location from the New Location page (DOS Home > Administration > Company > Company Base > New Location) of the system.
  4. Registering a company location from the New Location page (DOS Home > Administration > Company > Company Location > New Location ) of the system.
  5. Registering a company user from the Add Users page (DOS Home > Administration > Company > Company Base > Add Users) of the system.

  8. Registering a company user from the Add Administrator page (DOS Home > Administration > Company > Company Location > Add Administrator ) of the system.
  9. Plus all of the Update pages associated with each of the above pages.

The only time any of the above information is disclosed is where it is required by the law. As an example; In the United States it is required to report information sufficient for the completion of a Form 1099 if an individual or company derives compensation of US $600.00 or more from a single source in the course of the tax reporting year. Where this occurs, the required information for Providers or Providers, or their companies, which meet the above criteria will be reported to the Requester individual or the Requester company so they may issue a Form 1099.

The Dynamic Outsourcing System does not store any information on your PC without you being in control of the where the information being stored. As an example; Requesters will download and store the results of a Providers work on their computer. The Requester controls where the downloaded file is stored on their system.

Your e-mail address is NEVER given or sold to anyone or any company. It is only used by the system to send confirmation of registration and your monthly billing results.

The Dynamic Outsourcing System has more elaborate security and logon requirements than most other Internet Web Sites. A quick review of the highlights follow:

  • To logon to the system requires an Account ID, User Name, and a password.
  • Although the addition of the Account ID (over other sites) may seem an inconvenience, it allows all Individual Users to have any User Name they desire and Company Users User Names only have to be unique within a Company Department. Most Internet Web Sites require that all User Names be unique across the Web Site, thus you rarely get the user name you desire. The Account ID also makes the accounting tasks within the system more efficient, which ultimately reduces system costs for you.

  • The system has its own internal communications mechanism (replacement for e-mail) between users. Using this internal mechanism improves privacy and security of your information and eliminates the possibility of SPAM.
  • A System ID is generated for each of your User Types (Requester, Provider, etc.) when you register as a user. This System ID is used internally within the system (rather than some personal information like User Name) for processing identification.
