Overview
The Dynamic Outsourcing System
website is targeted at small and medium sized businesses (SMB) for outsourcing their projects and work task in support of their business processes, i.e., Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Clients add items (projects/work task) to various queues which are then bid on by Business Service Providers (BSPs). The process is similar to an auction on eBay. The architecture and design of the
Dynamic Outsourcing System
is what sets it apart from any other outsourcing website on the Internet. The only way to really appreciate the sophistication is to use it and experience firsthand.
A user may register as an Individual or (or multiple users) as a Company. Where there are multiple users, registering as a company has the advantage of setting up company
locations and departments and getting report breakouts for the location(s) and department(s). After selecting queues, Requesters perform the majority of their activities from one page which is a composite of all the queues they have selected and post projects/work tasks. In this way they can monitor and manage most of their activities from one place. Providers, on the other hand, have several pages from which they perform their activities. A page to select the queues (Select Queues) they wish to perform work for,
another page to view request from Requesters (View Requester Request), another page where they manage their bids (Manage Bids) for projects/work tasks, and another page (Process Assigned) where they initiate activities for their assignments. Once a Requester post a project/work task, all providers may view the description or instructions for the project/work task and ask questions or request additional information just by clicking on the description/instructions for the project/work task. The requester may respond to the inquiry or update the description/work task. The updated description/instructions is then available to all Providers. Once the bidding is complete and a provider has been selected, the Requester and Provider may communicate with each other by using an internal communication capability which other users cannot see their communications. After completion of a project/work task by the Provider, the Provider submits the results to the Requester. The Requester reviews the project/work task results and either accepts or rejects the Providers work and rates the Provider on a scale of 1 - 10 (where 1 is bad and 10 is excellent). There are various reports available to both registered individuals and companies.
The website is hosted at www.serve.com running Red Hat Linux, Apache Web server, written in PHP, and using MySQL database. The Website is published and maintained using NetObjects Fusion. Static pages
(informational pages) are created and maintained with Netobjects Fusion and the dynamic pages are coded in PHP accessing a MySQL database. There are approximately 97,000
lines of PHP and SQL code. This code is the real value of the website. To see all the dynamic functions provided, click on FastPath.
The website has great potential. The main things it needs is a facelift (which is fairly easy) and an aggressive advertising and promotion campaign to drive targeted traffic to the website.
This sale includes all the source code for the website and 80 hours of the current owners time to explain the internals and assisting in the transition to the new owner. Additional consulting is

Payment
Payment will be through an escrow account at Escrow.com paid for by the buyer.
Future Plans
Future plans include the capability for Business Users to locate Web Services, assemble them into Workflows, and run the Workflows to support their Business Processes
. This makes it more than a place for clients to post projects and have service providers bid on them. It will be a place where clients actually conduct the support for their business processes. This will allow
the line of business within a company to construct support for their business processes without involvement of their Information Technology organization. This will position the Dynamic Outsourcing System well above and completely apart from the competition.
Conditions Of The Sale
The sale of the Domain Names will be concluded by the transfer of the domain names from the current owner to the buyer. The Website is As Is, Where It Is
. The current owner will give all required names & passwords to the buyer. These are the only conditions that will be placed for the release of the escrow
funds to the seller. Any potential buyer should thoroughly check out the website and its function prior to placing a bid. The current owner will sign and honor an Non-Compete Agreement
valid for five (5) years as an intermediary offering competing business services.
The Market
Outsourcing is the wave of the future for companies of all sizes to acquire expertise and reduce costs. Historically large corporations were the first to move to outsourcing, but now companies of all
sizes must consider the benefits of outsourcing as opposed to the additional long term cost of permanent employees.
The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP)
announces 2008’s best outsourcing service providers.
- Other Comprehensive Business Service Providers
There are several hundred other business service providers around the world which provide comprehensive business outsourcing services.

These service providers focus on particular industries such as healthcare, financial institutions, manufacturing, distribution, etc.
Niche Companies
These are companies which have expertise in a specific area. This is the category that most companies which provide outsourcing services around the world fall into. They are specialized into a
specific area of expertise such as accounting, human resources, information technology, etc. and even further breakdowns such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, medical transcription, website design,
website development, etc.
Niche Individuals
These are individuals which have expertise in a specific area. They provide the same services as the category above. This category, by far, has the largest numbers of people involved as business
service providers. This will most likely be the largest and most legitimate work-at-home opportunity for individuals around the world in the future.

Summary
This is really a marketing opportunity for someone with the skills to conduct an appropriate advertising and
promotion campaign to make it a success. The base is there now and the architecture and design for the infrastructure allows for growth opportunities well beyond the competition. The Dynamic Outsourcing System can be made into a must have for many of the small businesses around the world. From there the potential is
only limited by the imagination.
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor as an intermediary in the fast growing outsourcing market. Intermediaries act as an agent between Requesters (clients) and Providers. The intermediary role is in
its infancy with very few competitors at the present time. The cost of entry into this market will only continue to rise in the coming years. Get in now while the market is immature and the cost of entry reasonable.
