PayPal Fees

PayPal fees occur two (2) times over the course of a project as follows:

1. When a Requester transfers money to their DOS account to pay a Provider
A fixed fee of US$ 0.30 plus 2.9% of the amount.
2. When the Provider is paid
PayPal mass pay is used to pay all Providers. A fee of 2% is charged by PayPal and is paid by the DOS.

Requester Fees

Requesters may post projects free of any charges. When Requesters place money in their DOS account a PayPal fee is charged per item 1 above. This charge (about 3%) is passed on to the Provider which is assigned and completes the project.

Provider Fees

When a provider wins the bidding and performs the work satisfactorily at the winning bid price, the following occurs:

1. Requesters pay the winning bid price only
2. Providers are paid the winning bid price minus 5% PLUS PayPal charges

For example; If the winning bid price is US$ 100.00

• Requesters pay US$ 100.00
• Providers get paid US$ 100.00 MINUS DOS fee (5%) MINUS PayPal charges (about 5%) for a total of about 10%.
• The  Dynamic Outsourcing System receives US$ 5.00 from Provider
• PayPal receives about US$5.00
• Provider is paid about US$ 90.00
